Star Wars Belt
This belt buckle was inspired by the character Howard Wolowitz from the hit show The Big Bang Theory. If you've ever watched the show you might have noticed his crazy belt buckles. Well, this past Monday he was wearing a belt buckle with four Sci-fi type characters on it. I instantly thought of my son X and how he would love to have one of those. So, I gathered up some of his Lego figures and a belt and got to work.
Using a hot glue gun glue the Lego character together.
Next, glue a thin Lego piece to the back of the figure.
Now, glue the figure to the belt buckle. That's it!
The belt looks bulky so I had X wear it for a few hours to find any areas of discomfort. I'm happy to report he gave it a big thumbs up.
This project was so easy to do that I forgot to take pictures the first time around so I had to make a second belt. X was kind enough to let me give the blue belt away. So, if you know a Star Wars fan out there who would love to have this belt please leave a comment and I'll set up a giveaway.
